Shopify

Connecting your Shopify store to Vendro takes just a few minutes. Follow the steps below to get your data syncing.

Step 1: Open the Integrations Page

  1. Log in to your Vendro account

  2. In the left-hand sidebar, scroll to the bottom

  3. Click Integrations

  4. Select Shopify

  5. Click Connect

  6. You’ll be prompted to enter your Shopify domain URL

Step 2: Find Your Shopify Domain URL

  1. Open your Shopify dashboard - https://admin.shopify.com/

  2. Click Settings (bottom-left corner)

  3. Select Domains from the sidebar

  4. At the top of the page, you’ll see your Shopify domain URL, this must be the URL ending in ".myshopify.com", but be sure to only enter the portion of the URL before ".myshopify.com"

    • Example format: "yourstore.myshopify.com" should be entered as "yourstore"

    • If you see two domains ending in .myshopify.com:

      Always use the system-generated domain with random letters and numbers.

      Example: If you see "31a3d-2a.myshopify.com" then you should enter "31a3d-2a"

    • Each Vendro account can connect to one Shopify store only.

  5. Copy this URL

Step 3: Paste Domain into Vendro

  1. Return to Vendro

  2. Paste your Shopify domain URL into the input field

  3. Continue to the next step

Step 4: Complete the Authorization Flow

A pop-up window will guide you through the setup:

  1. Click Continue on the first screen

  2. Confirm authorization for your Shopify account

  3. Install the Fivetran app

Step 5: Run Test & Finalize

  1. Once installation completes, click Save and Test

  2. When the test finishes successfully:

    • Close the pop-up

    • Refresh your Vendro app if needed

Step 6: Confirm Connection

After refreshing:

  • Shopify will now show as Connected

  • This confirms your data is actively syncing

  • Initial data sync may take up to 24 hours

  • After the initial sync, Vendro automatically re-syncs new Shopify data every 6 hours

  • You’re officially good to go
