How to Use Vault

Saving Ads to Vault

From Ad Genius (Ad Intel):

  1. Browse Ad Library (your ads, generated ads, competitor ads)

  2. Click "Vault" or "Save" icon on ad card

  3. Choose collection (or create new)

  4. Add tags (optional)

  5. Add notes (optional)

  6. Save

During Ad Generation:

  • Creative Composer generates ads β†’ Save selected outputs

  • Transform creates variations β†’ Save best performers

  • Batch save multiple ads at once

From Other Tools:

  • Link from Campaign Launcher to save campaign assets

  • Export from Funnel insights to save creative

  • Reference from Actions to document winning ads

Creating Collections

New Collection:

  1. Click "Vault" from navigation

  2. Click "New Collection" button

  3. Name your collection (e.g., "Holiday Winners 2024")

  4. Add description (optional)

  5. Choose color (for visual organization)

  6. Save

Add Ads to Collection:

  • When saving ad, select collection

  • Drag and drop ads into collections (if UI supports)

  • Bulk select and assign to collection

  • Move ads between collections

Collection Management:

  • Edit name, description, color

  • Delete collection (ads remain in Vault)

  • Share collection with team

  • Export collection to CSV

  • "❌ Retired" - Ads to avoid repeating

By Campaign:

  • "Spring Collection Launch"

By Product Line:

  • "Product Category A"

  • "Product Category B"

  • "New Arrivals"

By Creative Type:

  • "Video Ads"

  • "Carousel Ads"

  • "User-Generated Content"

  • "Testimonials"

By Persona:

  • "Budget-Conscious Moms"

  • "Premium Buyers"

  • "Gen Z Shoppers"

Tagging Strategy

Tag Categories:

Performance Tags:

  • high-roas (ROAS > 3.0x)

  • high-ctr (CTR > 3%)

  • low-cpa (Cost per acquisition under target)

  • winner (proven performer)

  • failed (avoid reusing)

Format Tags:

  • video

  • image

  • carousel

  • ugc (user-generated content)

Angle Tags:

  • social-proof

  • urgency

  • education

  • lifestyle

  • before-after

Timing Tags:

  • q4-2024

  • holiday

  • seasonal

  • evergreen

Status Tags:

  • active

  • paused
