Can't Save Ad:

  • Verify workspace storage limits (tier-based)

  • Check that ad has loaded fully

  • Try creating collection first

  • Refresh page and try again

Collection Not Showing:

  • Check filters applied

  • Verify you have ads in collection

  • Try clearing search/filters

  • Refresh Vault page

Tags Not Working:

  • Use consistent format (lowercase, hyphens)

  • Avoid special characters

  • Check for typos

  • Tag may be filtered out—clear filters

Export Failing:

  • Check internet connection

  • Try smaller collection

  • Verify permissions

  • Contact support if repeated failures

Vault Too Cluttered:

  • Archive old collections

  • Delete duplicate ads

  • Consolidate similar collections

  • Use more specific tags for filtering
