  • Specific: Clear and well-defined

  • Measurable: Track progress with numbers

  • Achievable: Challenging but realistic

  • Relevant: Aligned with business strategy

  • Time-bound: Set deadlines

Setting Key Results

  • Use metrics you can actually track in Vendro or integrations

  • Start with 2-4 key results per objective

  • Make them ambitious but achievable (60-70% confidence)

  • Review and adjust quarterly

  • Each key result needs: name, current value, target value, and unit

Examples of Good Key Results:

  • "Revenue: $0 → $50,000" (unit: dollars)

  • "ROAS: 1.5x → 3.0x" (unit: multiplier)

  • "Email subscribers: 2,500 → 10,000" (unit: subscribers)

  • "Instagram followers: 5K → 25K" (unit: followers)

  • "Conversion rate: 2.1% → 4.5%" (unit: percent)
