When you create an action, you'll fill out:
Action Type - Choose from categories like:
Customer Relations: Follow-up Email, Customer Call, Refund Processing, Dispute Resolution
Marketing & Ads: Ad Review, Ad Optimization, Pause Ad, Increase Budget, Campaign Launch
Finance & Operations: Invoice Review, Inventory Check, Restock Product, Supplier Contact
Analytics: Anomaly Investigation, Data Analysis, Report Generation, Metric Review
Other: Schedule Meeting, Review Document, General Task
Title - Brief description of what needs to be done
Description - Additional context, instructions, or details
Priority - Low, Medium, High, or Urgent
Due Date - Optional deadline for completion
Assign To - Team member responsible for this action
Notifications - Send email and/or Slack alerts to the assignee
