Managing Your Actions

Actions Dashboard

View all your actions in one place at /actions:

Filter by Status:

  • Open - Not yet started

  • In Progress - Currently being worked on

  • Completed - Finished

  • Blocked - Waiting on something

  • Waiting on Other - Depends on someone else

  • Canceled - No longer needed

  • Archived - Removed from active view

Search & Sort:

  • Search by title, type, or description

  • Filter by status to focus on what matters

  • See quick stats: X open, Y in progress, Z completed

Action Cards

Each action card shows:

  • Status badge - Current state with color coding

  • Priority badge - Urgency level

  • Title & description - What needs to be done

  • Action type - Category (e.g., "ad review," "customer call")

  • Source info - Where this action was created

  • Creation date - When it was added

  • Action buttons:

    • "Go to Page" - Jump to the source context (if available)

    • "Complete" - Mark the action as done

    • "View Details" - See full information

Completing Actions

To complete an action:

  1. Click the "Complete" button on the action card, OR

  2. Open the action details and click "Mark Complete"

Completed actions:

  • Update their status to "Completed"

  • Record the completion timestamp

  • Can notify participants if configured

  • Remain visible for reference (filter to see completed items)
