  • What needs follow-up

  • What's been completed

Create Actions During Reviews

Make it a habit during your regular reviews:

  • Weekly campaign review β†’ Create optimization actions

  • Daily KPI check β†’ Create investigation actions

  • Customer support review β†’ Create follow-up actions

Use Actions for Handoffs

When you need someone else to handle something:

  1. Create an action with full context

  2. Assign to the right person

  3. Enable notifications

  4. They get everything they need to act

Link Related Actions

If multiple actions relate to the same initiative, mention it in descriptions. Future enhancement will support explicit linking.

Review Completed Actions

Look back at completed actions to:

  • See what your team accomplished

  • Learn from successful workflows

  • Identify patterns for automation
