Can't Complete Action

  • Ensure you have permission to edit actions

  • Check if the action is already completed

  • Verify you're connected to the internet

Smart Routing Not Working

  • The source page may no longer exist

  • The campaign/item may have been deleted

  • Manually navigate to the relevant page

Notifications Not Received

  • Check email/Slack integration settings

  • Verify the assignee's notification preferences

  • Check spam folder for emails

Missing Context Data

  • Some older actions may not have full context

  • Future actions will capture more information

  • Add important details to the description
