Accessing Your Billing Settings
Log in to your Vendro account.
Navigate to Billing from your account settings.
You’ll land on the Current Plan page, where you can manage your subscription and billing details.
Viewing Your Current Plan
In the Current Plan section, you can see:
Plan name (e.g., Start 200)
Billing period (Monthly)
Subscription status (Active)
Next billing date
This section gives you a real-time snapshot of your subscription.
Monitoring Usage
Under Usage This Period, you can track:
Your current usage (e.g., ad generations used vs. total available)
When your usage resets for the next billing cycle
Usage resets automatically at the start of each new billing period.
Managing Payment Methods
Your default payment method is displayed under the billing section.
To update your payment method:
Click Update next to your saved card.
Enter your new payment details.
Save your changes—your updated method will be used for future charges.
Managing Your Subscription
From the billing page, you can:
Click Manage Billing to make changes to your subscription
Select Cancel Subscription if you no longer wish to continue your plan
Note: If you cancel, your subscription will remain active through the end of your current billing period.
Viewing Invoice History
The Invoice History section allows you to:
View past invoices
Download invoices for your records
See payment status and amounts charged
Each invoice includes the invoice number, date, amount, and payment status.
